請教這邊的版眾 關於以前投過的履歷 在已經上班後邀約面試 大家都會回覆安排面試電話嗎? 因為是自己投的(那時還沒決定到哪上班 也未收到回應) 誰知道投第1次到最近一次都1年多了 又隔好幾個月後才會邀約(翻桌) 如果沒有回覆的話 會被HR列入黑單嗎 還是打了之後才會列入紀錄? (HR之OS:硍 你是投爽的尼 ME:我怎知你那麼久才連絡我 總不能不吃喝整年都在等你吧) 或許以後會去阿 OTZ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.81.149
