標題[請益] offer選擇

請教一下，目前有兩家比較中意的offer 公司 精泉 中國航運 職務 coding mis 交通 15-20 min 35-40 min 工時 8-10 (看情況加班) 8 出差(一年約) 無 無 加班費 ? 無 分紅 ? 無 供食 有 無 中航做的是軟體和硬體都在同時在做，未來會專精一個方向，看是軟體還是硬體 環境比精泉好一些，但是似乎沒有什麼年終，分紅的東西...好處就是比較準時下班 沒什麼加班。 精泉主要是在寫程式，其它福利就沒提太多，因主管當時趕著離開， 但是後來拿到offer我也不敢問太多= = 好像有供食，但是食物我怕跟在軍中差不多，就有點悶就是了... 加班的情況會看案子而定，但是加班可能也還好，因為離家蠻近的 希望工作就能一直做下去，比較不想換來換去的 這兩家公司好像差不多 希望能找個比較穩定的公司，有朋友看得出這兩家的未來發展嗎@@? 謝謝幫忙 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.36.137.96
