新手換胎問題

最近要換輪胎
有在爬文看到大大們推薦的新竹小李佑仕達小江老闆馳加(東昇店)..等等
小弟一年開車公里數約8000元,有找些大大推薦經濟實惠的輪胎(現在輪胎ATLIS1.6家人原本裝195/65/14 )
因為第一次自己去幫家裡車車換胎,請教幾個問題
1.剛好看到馳加(東昇店米其林12月特價想換saver ,另外看到馳加搭配的TP508胎壓偵測器?想知道CP值高嗎?,不然下次裝又要加收一次工錢
2.現在的輪胎想換成185/65/14的,這樣可行嗎?有影響到什麼嗎?乾抓,濕抓,油耗..等等會改變嗎?
