退休女師買菜遇害凶嫌遭聲押

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄8日電）涉及高雄退休女教師命案的劉姓男子昨天落網，經警方送辦，雄檢認為劉男手段凶殘，今天下午向法院聲請羈押。

陳姓退休女教師3日獨自駕車到高市左營區哈囉市場買菜後，被發現陳屍車內，頭頂、左後腦、右耳附近被以鐵錘重擊14下，檢警甚至在車內找到疑似頭蓋骨碎片。

警方昨天循線逮捕38歲的劉嫌，訊後今天將他移送高雄地檢署，劉嫌坦承殺人，檢察官複訊後，下午向法院聲請羈押劉嫌。

檢警調查，劉男供稱案發當天剛與女友分手，心情不好喝酒後，與死者發生行車糾紛，一時失控憤而持鐵鎚猛敲陳女頭部洩憤，案發後騎車逃逸。1031208
