陳菊籲請總統 人權日讓阿扁保外就醫

高雄市長陳菊今天提出強烈呼籲，請馬總統最遲能在12月10日世界人權日前，立即給予陳水扁前總統保外就醫的處遇。

陳菊表示，陳前總統健康已亮起紅燈，榮總等醫療團隊都已提出專業建議，認為扁應居家療養，馬總統應尊重醫師的專業判斷，立即讓陳前總統保外就醫，進行居家治療。

她也表示，之前即與高雄各大醫療機構接洽過，站在人道與人權立場，醫院都願意承接扁的醫療診治，陳前總統可於高雄進行醫療診治。
