油品盤商組成自救會籲建回收機制

去年因大統油品受害的盤商，有人怕收不到貨款，不得已低價和解，還有廠商已經破產，近日又發生頂新案件發生，今有人組成自救會並找上民代、律師，希望能幫忙協助，能成立良好回收機制，否則沒人把油回收，受害的只是民眾而已。
