健保費制度不公 醫改會：]逃費有72招

衛福部今天公布二代健保總體檢報告，台灣醫療改革基金會表示，健保制度不公，逃費已成全民運動，坊間流傳的各種逃費技巧，整理起來竟然多達72招。

醫改會表示，其中流傳最廣的逃費手法有十招，包括「高薪低報」節省保費。以及「轉換科目」，雇主把支付給員工的費用，轉為交通補助費、子女教育補助費等，而非經常性薪資。另外還包括「挑選眷屬」，讓子女依附在夫妻薪資較低的一方等。

針對補充保費，也有「所得拆單」、以及「海外所得」，只要轉投資境外基金、海外債券型基金等，則所有利息、股利所得都來自於海外免繳。
