強冠繳不出罰款 遭查封財產

強冠公司因為製造黑心香豬油遭到〔法務部行政執行署高雄分署〕裁罰新台幣5000萬元，由於強冠公司繳不出罰款，〔行政執行署高雄分署〕全面清查強冠公司的財產資料後，今天上午由主任行政執行官蔡基文率領5位行政執行官和書記官總共20多人，前往強冠公司大寮廠區強制查封，總共查封多部車輛、46組機具和設備，另外還有一批藝術品以及高級辦公桌。

除了查封財產之外，強冠公司的土地、房屋以及油槽，之前已經辦理查封登記，行政執行署高雄分署將繼續調查強冠公司是否還有其他財產可供執行。行政執行署高雄分署署長葉麗琦表示，強冠公司黑心油案受到國人關注，高雄分署將運用一切可能的執行方法，強制強冠公司繳納罰鍰，以伸張社會正義，貫徹政府公權力，還給社會大眾一個優質的食安環境，並呼籲強冠公司主動繳清罰鍰。（照片：行政執行署高雄分署提供）
