9成8上班族　自認買不起房子

由社會住宅推動聯盟等101個社運團體發起的「巢運」，明將在北市仁愛路帝寶前夜宿抗議高房價，yes123求職網今也發布調查，發現有高達98%上班族覺得現階段自己買不起房子，更有32%認為至少要加薪「100%以上」才有能力買屋。
 
yes123求職網於9月19日到昨天，以網路問卷調查旗下39歲以下、已畢業或或退伍的上班族，共回收1692份問卷，調查發現只有19%表示「有買房子」，平均房貸為1萬6854元；另外近30%表示目前正在租屋，平均月租金負擔約8194元。
 
即使房價仍很高，但仍有高達98%上班族仍希望買一間屬於自己的房子，上班族自估整體平均預算為741萬元。yes123求職網估計，以今年1到7月平均實質經常性薪資3萬6693元換算，約需不吃不喝16.8年。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
