無黨籍台北市長參選人馮光遠因辱罵前文建會主委盛治仁，被判處拘役二十天，得易科罰金兩萬定讞後，馮光遠公開表態寧可坐牢也不會繳交罰金，今天上午報到，將入監服刑。

馮光遠今天上午九點半抵達北檢執行科，並發表聲明，批評台灣的言論自由倒退。

馮光遠說，他因言獲罪，絕不繳納罰金，會以身試法。他同時強調，就算坐牢，競選活動仍會照常進行。
