勒令停工還偷賣　餿油黑心商斷水電

餿水油案各地衛生和環保單位持續追究上游業者責任，其中收集餿水油供給郭烈成地下油廠的高雄順德企業老闆胡信德，本月9日被勒令停工，隔天仍繼續收餿水油儲存廠內。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，高市環保局前晚前往稽查，胡信德坦承不諱，昨會同台電前往工廠斷水斷電、廢止其乙級清除許可證，5年內不得再申辦。而郭烈成販售含餿水油的油品給強冠，屏東縣衛生局昨依《食品安全衛生管理法》開出4800萬元處分書給郭，並派員送到看守所給遭押的郭烈成。看守所人員透露，郭看到處分書上龐大處罰金，瞠目結舌、一臉黯然。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
