日式太空食品　和牛咖哩、伊勢蝦仁上榜

日本宇宙航空研究開發機構（JAXA）前天宣佈「日式太空食品」候選名單，共有33種新食品進入候選。若再通過最後審核，這些食品就可被認定為正式的太空食品。

33個食品中，已甄選出方形年糕、蟹味魚糕、十勝牛的烤排骨，也包括芝麻菠菜、花椒拌小白魚乾以及烤紅薯等常見的食物外，還有京都風味醬湯、黑毛和牛咖哩以及智利辣醬油炒伊勢蝦仁等稍微奢侈的菜品。

日式太空食品旨在讓太空人們通過享受日本風味來緩解長期逗留在太空的壓力，並不限於傳統日餐，家喻戶曉的食品均可參選，迄今已有日本拉麵、咖喱以及醬煮青花魚等入選。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
