12年國教改革方案出爐

爭議多時的12年國教改革方案，千呼萬喚終於在今天下午出爐。其中考試時程明顯縮短，不管是免試或特招，都要在7月15日前完成放榜。

再者，維持先前強調的「先免後特、一次分發」的基調，其中推翻北市堅持的「一試兩用」，不能把會考成績作為特招依據。再者，特招回歸各區自辦，參考國中會考成績作為錄取門檻，再加考1至3科。

教育部長吳思華說，特地趕在9月1日開學前定案，104學年度的入學制度，要務實解決今年面臨到的分發問題，這三周來密集進行公聽會與溝通，以及兩次高中校長會議、局處長會議，終於拍板定案。
