想組一台Bianchi~請問有無好建議

如題，有在考慮組一台Bianchi，原因是因為一直沒有看到成車，好像落得只能自己組的地步。
按照原廠配置列出如下
想請問一下有沒有我需要改進的地方或是輪組和輪胎的建議。謝謝。

款式是Infinito CV or Oltre xr2
套件應該會選Ultegra 11sp 或同款電變
把手 Fsa K-Force Compact UD Carbon或 Fsa Wing Compact
Stem Fsa OS-99 CSI 或Fsa Team Issue, Carbon
輪組 Fulcrum Racing Zero或者Fulcrum Racing 5
