立法院臨時會上星期行使監察委員人事同意權，結果朝野立委聯手刷掉11位被提名人，原國民黨政策委員會執行長林鴻池也為此再度請辭，林鴻池今（5）日表示，他已拿到黨中央批准他辭呈的公文，辭職生效。

立法院院會7月29日行使27位監察委員被提名人同意權投票，結果僅有16人獲立法院同意出任監委，大黨鞭林鴻池立即請辭負責，並在7月30日親自到國民黨中央遞出辭呈。

林鴻池今天上午受訪表示，黨主席馬英九已經同意讓他辭職，政策會執行長一職目前虛懸，他今天也不會參與黨團協商，有關接下來的黨團協商等事宜，由國民黨立法院黨團書記長費鴻泰、首席副書記長廖國棟處理。
