高雄發生嚴重的氣爆意外，造成28人死亡、300人受傷，消防局主任秘書林基澤與瑞隆分隊小隊長劉耀文至今下落不明。即使已經過了72小時黃金搜救時間，但警消與家屬仍不放棄希望。

高雄氣爆現場5日上午舉行招魂儀式，其中林基澤女兒疑因天氣過熱昏倒，消防員將她安置到陰涼處後已無大礙。

高雄氣爆搜救已進入第5天，林基澤仍未尋獲，高雄市消防局長陳虹龍研判，恐在高溫下燒成灰燼，他在路口高喊著「職務已解除，快出來和家人見面。」

消防隊員仍持續搜救中，不放棄任何希望，一旁的家屬也期盼著奇蹟出現。
