一把惡火　英百年碼頭燒毀

英國南部一個維多利亞時代興建的碼頭，昨午在一場大火中嚴重燒毀。附近海灘旅客目睹碼頭在大火中損毀，不禁惋惜。

位於伊斯特本的兩層高建築燒通頂，冒出大量濃煙，當局派出60名消防員灌救。現場吹強風，影響灌救。所有人及時疏散，無人被困或受傷，警方認為大火無可疑。碼頭在1870年建成，1970年曾發生火警，但這次沒能逃過嚴重燒毀的結局。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
