馬將再補提監委 綠委籲：讓下任總統提

立法院昨投票刷掉11位監委被提名人，總統府今天表示，會在立法院新會期開議前提出名單。民進黨立院黨團幹事長蔡其昌表示，呼籲馬總統「再想想」，把提名權、投票權留給下一屆總統及國會。

蔡其昌說，外界期待監察院可廢掉，維持現狀不再補提名是「把傷害降到最低」，沒有違憲問題、可節省公帑、還可留待新的民意做決定，是創造「三贏」；如果馬不顧社會呼籲，要再提出爭議名單，就是「三輸」。

蔡其昌表示，如果馬總統執意提出新名單，民進黨團態度始終如一，絕對嚴格審查。
