請問是第一次JB嗎? 沒有附圖顯示什麼錯誤訊息
也沒列出Cydia裝的APP
講的很籠統 說真的很難回答你是什麼原因

信用卡資訊是跟著APPLE ID
如果APPLE ID內的信用卡資訊是沒錯的
以前也曾經用APPLE ID做信用卡消費

我只能猜想是你裝了以下APP
LocaliAPstore
IAPFree
sbtool-iapfree 燒餅工具

如果不是以上APP造成,就慢慢排除吧

或試試在別的iDevice用你的APPLE ID登入APP去做內購
