鴻海集團(2317-TW)今天傍晚證實，27日下午富士康深圳龍華廠一名員工，在租住公寓墜樓。根據當地警方調查，已排除他殺。鴻海也對這名員工家屬表達哀悼，並將全力協助家屬進行善後。由於這名員工在非工作時間墜樓，鴻海也將全力配合警方進行調查。

隨鴻海將製造基地分散，並以「在地化」策略招募員工，已許久未再傳出富士康員工墜樓，但27日下午，深圳龍華廠員工仍傳出不幸墜樓事件。

根據初步調查，墜樓富士康員工姓康，湖南人，今年22歲，在富士康任職已3年。

由於大陸工資成本節節攀高，加上富士康員工總數突破百萬人，鴻海集團董事長郭台銘表示，在管理上相當困難，因此積極發展機器人，鴻海預定3年內發展百萬機器人大軍，包括手機組裝等，也都開始用機器人、機器手臂協助。
