正在趕拍新戲的謝欣穎昨（12日）穿著深V放送乳溝，為瘦臉產品站台擔任一日店長，擁有一張小V臉的她，常因拍戲睡眠不足，跟劇組吃重口味，造成水腫，自爆隔天起床後，往往臉會腫一圈，簡直像浮屍一樣。

她透露過去最慘痛的經驗就是拍攝《金大花的華麗冒險》，當時壓力一大就吃甜食、巧克力，照鏡子時也只覺得稍微圓了一點，褲子緊了一點，量了體重後，發現胖了7公斤，暴肥到50公斤，臉型和開拍時相差甚多，造成不連戲，旁人都忍不住嗆她：「妳到底有沒有羞恥心？」不過就算被嗆，謝欣穎仍做自己，回嗆：「誰理你啊！」然後轉頭繼續吃。

在人前裝不在乎，但其實謝欣穎都放心上，之後她努力控制飲食，外加運動來維持臉型與身材，現在體重維持在45公斤，會多吃像花椰菜、洋蔥等食物，但吃東西不能沒有味道，所以會加上無糖美乃滋。
