在板上看過很多勞資糾紛 自己也遇過...... 看到一些資料給版友參考～～ 很多版友都對自己的薪資結構跟投保金額的關係有疑慮 甚至到後來發生勞資糾紛要調解的時候 又在想慣老闆給的薪資單裡 密密麻麻的薪資結構～ 以為「底薪＝投保級距」 搞得自己的權益不敢去爭取～ 其實......錯了！！ 底薪真的不是你應該投保的級距！！ 剛好勞保局在FB發了一個動態！！ 大家要好好看清楚～ 什麼是「經常性薪資」？？ http://ppt.cc/74Ak 另外 有些雇主不給薪資單～ 討論中也有提到！ 現行的法令中沒有明文規定公司應發給勞工薪資單， 包括《勞基法》第23條也只有規定， 雇主應置備勞工工資清冊。 但依照《勞工退休金條例》規定， 雇主為勞工提繳的退休金金額，應該在每個月給勞工的 薪資單中註明，或用其他書面方式通知勞工。 雇主如果沒有每個月書面通知勞工的話， 勞工朋友可來信勞保局申訴，如經查證屬實，勞 保局可處雇主新台幣5千元以上2萬5千元以下罰鍰喔! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.170.153.143 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1404809276.A.EF3.html
