大安信義中正還在漲？　3月住宅價格指數微升

台北市精華地段還在漲！北市府地政局今公布3月住宅價格指數，全市住宅價格指數微漲0.18%，大安信義中正區則比2月上漲2.11%，為4個次分區漲幅最明顯，目前標準住宅總價達2098萬元，每坪單價72.67萬元。
 
地價科科長曾錫雄分析，雖然大安信義中正區3月雖出現較大漲幅，月線歷經下修、回升、再下修的震盪階段，但季線、半年線走勢仍平緩，萬華文山北投區也有此情形，中、長期價格變動趨勢仍待觀察。
 
其餘2個次分區中山松山南港區和士林內湖大同區的月線均下滑，3月和2月相比，跌幅0.25%~0.59%，顯示短期價格已向下修正，其中士林內湖大同區已連續2個月價格指數下跌。（潘姿羽／台北報導）
