男控虐母 印尼看護哭訴喊冤

新北市一名楊先生，指控印尼籍看護虐待67歲的媽媽，甚至咬傷媽媽，但看護哭著喊冤，楊先生認為仲介公司設在台北市，投訴台北市勞工局，卻吃閉門羹，因為依法得請事發地主管機關，也就是新北市勞工局介入處理。

67歲的楊媽媽，坐在輪椅上，細細的左手腕，有一條條紅色咬痕，兒子楊先生拿出驗傷單，控訴這都是印尼籍看護咬的，因為媽媽行動不便，又戴假牙，根本不可能把自己咬成這樣。

看護激動反駁，甚至對天發誓，說自己絕不可能做出這種事，反而是雇主楊先生，處處刁難。

雙方各說各話，楊先生認為仲介公司設在台北市，向台北市勞工局投訴，卻吃閉門羹，因為依法得請事發地主管機關，也就是新北市勞工局介入處理。

勞工局認為雙方是因為合約問題，才衍生糾紛，希望將看護先帶回安置，但對楊先生來說，看護一走，媽媽沒人照顧，申請新看護的等待時間，要老人家如何是好。(民視新聞 陳俐吟 沈建宏 新北市報導)
