厄瓜多議員提案修憲 總統任期不設限

在厄瓜多總統柯利亞(Rafael Correa)的倡議下，厄瓜多議員26日提出憲法修正案，要求總統任期不要設限。

以厄瓜多國民議會議長李瓦迪尼拉(Gabriela Rivadeneira)為首的議員，提出了這份包括17項修正案的名單。李瓦迪尼拉同時也是柯利亞所屬執政黨「祖國聯盟運動」(PAIS Alliance party)的成員。

李瓦迪尼拉針對這項柯利亞的倡議表示，「身為立法代表，厄瓜多社會要求我們，要有一部符合新國家發展的憲法。」

現年50歲的柯利亞自從2007年開始執政，他在2013年2月獲選連任另一個4年任期，這也是根據現行法律他能有的最後一個任期。

厄瓜多憲法法庭將有45天的時間，來裁決這項總統任期不設限的倡議；此外，這項提案也計劃將總統候選人的最低參選年紀，從現行的35歲降至30歲。
