痔上身別輕忽　小心皮膚癌警訊

痣可別輕忽，一不小心恐怕變成皮膚癌！一位50多歲男子，小時候在頸部右後方就有一顆約0.5公分大小的痣，50年來一直相安無事，沒想到在4年前開始腫大、流血就醫，才發現是罹患惡性皮膚腫瘤，幸及時開刀治療控制病情。
 
大林慈濟醫院外科部主任黃介琦說，患者表示痣從出生的時候就有了，隨著時間慢慢長得像紅豆那樣大，原以為身體上長痣是很自然的事，卻沒想到4年前開始腫、破皮，流血水時就用手擠，幾個月後傷口越擠越大，約5公分大時，心感不妙求助醫師。
 
黃介琦為病患取下一塊傷口組織做病理切片檢驗，證實為惡性皮膚腫瘤中的「基底細胞癌」，為病患進行頸部惡性基底細胞瘤切除手術。黃介琦指出，此類患者當中有70%到90%好發在臉部等陽光照射到的地方，因而容易影響外觀，如果沒有及早治療，嚴重時危及生命。

他提醒民眾，當皮膚長出不明的腫塊、原有的痣突然顏色改變或變大、開始流血、出現長久不癒合的傷口，或家族有皮膚癌病史，就要特別注意，儘速就醫做詳細檢查。（李宗祐／嘉義報導）
