(借帳號PO文) 我是新鮮人，老實說有很多東西不太懂， 前幾天去一間公司面試，我還蠻喜歡這間公司的營業方向， 不過它的薪資計算公式讓我覺得很奇怪，公式如下： 薪資(A+B)÷22 x 實際上班天數 (google後這好像是日新月領的算法?只是不是除以30? 而22是假設月休八天，A跟B會隨年資變動趴數， 比方說原本是5000(30%)+20000(70%)，以後會變成各50%這樣) 另外再加上週六(隔周休)及偶爾週日輪班的錢，然後再扣勞健保，此外有22x50的餐費， 我真的覺得很奇怪啊不懂為什麼這麼複雜!問了幾次還是搞不太懂， 而且這樣如果國定假日特別多不就=領到的薪水特別少嗎(有說所以每個月薪水不會一樣) 我想問的是，這樣是合理的嗎?我覺得不對勁， 而且當我想把他寫的公式拿回來研究時(公式應該是沒有記錯)，被拒絕了， (怕被這家公司發現，所以可能會自刪) 謝謝大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.242.154.9 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1403170615.A.D72.html
