標題[請益] 薪資權益

各位早安 想詢問有關在工作上權益問題 我朋友在竹科工作(作業員) 情況如下 上個月某天她請假 是用特休去請(不扣薪) 但是這個月領薪水之後 發現假別被key成"事假" 導致被扣一天薪以及沒有全勤了 也就是說整整被扣了3500元 請假流程如下 有拿假單給工程師 工程師拿給key出勤狀況的人事人員 但就這麼剛好 工程師跟那位key單的人都離職了 領班雖然說會幫她問跟處理 試著討回她的權益 就小的認知 這本來就不是我朋友的問題吧 不應該只是試著解決看看而是應該搞清楚狀況後 趕快把錢補給我朋友才對吧?! 經濟不景氣了 我朋友又是獨自在社會養活自己的小女孩 請問有什麼管道可申訴 或是有什麼方法讓公司重視這件事.. 本來準備要進去跟她當同事了..現在卻覺得是否不要去了.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.250.189.55 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1403140575.A.ADE.html ※ 編輯: tt7355 (111.250.189.55), 06/19/2014 09:16:59
