關員弊案起訴 高雄海關增人力

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄8日電）檢調偵辦高雄海關關員涉嫌集體貪瀆案，起訴關員43人。高雄關為因應人力輪調和維持查緝作業，增添29名生力軍。

財政部關務署發布人事異動命令後，高雄關獲得生力軍29名關員，已規劃配合基層關員例行性職務輪調作業，部署最有效的人力運用，期許以有限的人力發揮最大服務效能。

高雄關表示，自民國102年4月發生關員收賄弊案以來，檢方先後偵結起訴4次，起訴關員43人。基於風紀考量，遭起訴關員依規定返回工作崗位後，都不宜派任核心業務，因此影響人力調度和運用。

高雄關將加強內部控制和輪調制度，依關務人員職務互調或輪調辦法規定，落實關員輪調制度，避免再衍生弊端。1030608
