IC載板大廠景碩自結5月合併營收新台幣22.18億元，月減3.8%，年增6.95%。法人表示，景碩5月合併營收創歷年單月次高。

景碩自結5月合併營收22.18億元，較4月23.06億元減少3.8%，比去年同期20.74億元成長6.95%。

法人表示，景碩4月營收創歷史單月新高，基期相對高，景碩5月營收仍站上22億元高檔水準，創歷年單月次高。

法人表示，景碩5月中國大陸平價智慧型手機、以及4G LTE和3G基地台晶片載板拉貨力道續強，帶動相關晶片尺寸覆晶封裝(FC-CSP)和覆晶球閘陣列封裝(FC-BGA)載板出貨。

累計今年前5月景碩自結合併營收約103.22億元，較去年同期93.52億元增加10.37%。

展望第2季主要客戶表現，法人表示，景碩手機晶片設計台廠客戶、美系手機晶片設計大廠、以及美系可編程邏輯閘陣列(FPGA)晶片設計大廠拉貨力道，維持高檔。

法人預估，景碩第2季業績季增幅度，上看15%，有機會突破新台幣66億元大關，落在66億元到68億元區間，可創歷史單季新高。(中央社)
