版上各位前輩好. 小弟最近要買神車遇到訂單相關問題 想請各位前輩幫忙解惑一下 首先是遇到業務A.經過一番討論後.因價格和配備都有自己預定的條件內 所以就先下訂繳了3萬元. 後來.業務A有再來電說因有些條件未說清楚.有損我們的權益 所以當下業務A立即退還訂金.(小弟認知退訂金和退訂單是一起的.當時還覺得A糾感心) 幾天後.有再詢問到業務B.價格和配備都有自己預定的條件內. 又再次下訂.在打資料時.先前業務A的訂單並無取消.導致無法在業務B下訂. 當下業務B和業務A討論後.業務A表明績效歸他.佣金歸B. 小弟無法接受此結果.且不想影響業務B(殺價時.業務B非常阿莎力). 故決定不打0800.再次確定決定退訂&拿回訂金. 請問各位前輩.是否有遇過類似情形.除了退訂是否有其他更好的解決方案？ 目前已對神車失去信心.應該會看其他廠牌的車子~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.70.66.24 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1402156344.A.E8D.html
