【更新】趙藤雄羈押抗告　高院裁定駁回

遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄、開發部副總魏春雄涉桃園八德合宜住宅弊案，昨天凌晨遭改裁定羈押禁見，律師團當庭表示要即時抗告，並聲明理由後補，台灣高等法院隨即分案，但直到下班前一刻，才接獲趙藤雄律師團遞交抗告理由書狀。

合議庭3位法官收到理由書後立刻閱卷，並於昨晚9時開始評議，直到今天凌晨零時15分才評議結束，零時48分公布結果，合議庭認為趙藤雄、魏春雄抗告理由不成立，兩人確實涉犯違背職務行賄罪嫌重大，且有串證、滅證之虞，裁定抗告駁回，兩人將在台北看守所羈押禁見至少2個月。（法庭中心／台北報導）
