加壓馬達造成水塔的通氣管噴水

一樓平房，水塔約兩層樓高，今年初舊大井加壓馬達故障，讓水電新裝了大井 TP820P 加壓馬達，供三支水龍頭(熱水器`洗衣機`花圃)，平常加壓馬達都是關閉(電源關掉)，當這三個水龍頭需要用水時才會開啟電源讓加壓馬達運轉。

近日卻出現異常狀況，加壓馬達電源開啟後，如水龍頭不開水，馬達運轉約兩秒後停止，水塔的通氣管會噴水出來，馬達又繼續願轉約兩秒停止，水塔的通氣管又噴水出來....如此有規律重複著動作...

請問這是加壓馬達哪裡出問題?
大井對於他的加壓馬達產品有提供一年保固，保固期內大井有提供到府服務嗎?
