第50屆韓國百想藝術大賞昨在首爾慶熙大學和平殿堂舉行，眾所矚目的《來自星星的你》「雙賢」金秀賢與全智賢都未能拿下影視帝、后。不過金秀賢仍獲得電視部門人氣獎、電影部門人氣獎及最佳電影新人獎小做安慰。而全智賢更獲頒電視類最高榮譽——電視年度大獎，領獎時落淚感謝戲中好拍檔──「都敏俊」金秀賢，金秀賢也在台下聽得熱淚盈眶。
 
會後兩人在後台合體拍照，全智賢再度「千頌伊」上身，擺出俏皮表情，只是金秀賢似乎有點彆扭，不敢摟住全智賢的腰，不知往哪擺的右手，緊緊握拳成了一幅有趣畫面。網友笑稱：「有那麼不熟嗎？」不過也讚金秀賢連尷尬都這麼可愛。(李彥初╱綜合報導)
