小弟準備烙跑的時候意外接到兩張offer,不曉得要怎麼選 原公司a部門 動物園 薪資 N*14+積效+bonus N*14 + 積效 + 股票 產品別 生醫器材 網通產品 工時 8~18 8~20 氣氛 和樂融融 大頭多,嚴肅 主管 nice nice 出差 taiwan china 右邊三年後total $就會超越左邊,據說待越久領越多,但產品未來性不被看好 ,而左邊是公司全力扶植,未來想轉型的重點BU,大頭說人力擴充後,有機會帶 人. 親戚都覺得右邊威名遠播不會倒,右邊on-line的人說左邊好,其實左邊曾經快 倒,現在正在重返農藥. 據右邊人士透露那裡的十年老人很爽,新人很幹 請問各位前輩,小弟該怎麼選? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.251.223.6 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1401253900.A.7BB.html
