在野立委杯葛自由經濟示範特別條例草案

立法院經濟、財政、內政三委員會聯席會，上午審查「自由經濟示範特別條例草案」，在野立委不滿國民黨立委、聯席會主席黃昭順（右一）的邀請地方首長列席，及議事錄記載不實，有違會議規則，杯葛審查會。
