竟有假農民坐領津貼，每年坑國庫上百億元！

今日出刊的《壹週刊》報導，桃園縣復興鄉一處保育林地，坡度陡峭，人煙罕至，根本無法種植，三峽區農會卻在審查時放水，不顧70多人合購300坪林地顯不合理，還讓其中包括汽車材料行老闆、自助餐業者、包租公、老人癡呆患者等37人搖身一變成為自耕農，合謀詐保農業保險及老農津貼。

檢警日前發動搜索約談，三峽區農會及地主多人遭強制處分，成為首宗遭查獲以假農民身分詐保、詐領的案件，有助遏阻日益猖獗的假農民詐保案，為國庫止血。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
