標題[請益] 到職沒多久，該怎麼一直請假面試呢?

各位好，目前剛到職小公司兩個月，發現訂單少的可憐，不是科技業， 不過在園區裡面，公司成立快20年了，股價剩個位數，內部制度還蠻 亂的，有些職缺有經驗的新人來不超一個禮拜就走了，屢試不爽 ex:會計..(爛帳一堆) & 資材部..(帳超亂) 我已經算撐得久的了= =" 我沒辦法做一兩年..太沒制度惹，工作好難 做。 因為持續有面試的機會，好難橋，在職面試理由已經爬過文了， 請問還有更好的意見嗎..跪求。因為不想待業再找，感冒已經用過了， 打算再用一次 =_= 想到 載阿公 去醫院複診這種好像很瞎.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.253.108.118 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1401217585.A.19C.html
