「黑鳶重返基隆港」 今餵食處女秀登場

基隆市野鳥學會與市府合作，推出「黑鳶與基隆港關係之觀察計畫」，昨天下午在基隆海洋廣場上準備黑鳶的餵食設備，引來民眾圍觀，從金天早上10時許至下午2時許，進行2時段餵食，計畫將維持4個月，期盼讓黑鳶們重返基隆港，同時促進光觀。
 
野鳥學會理事長李佳陵表示，1990年起黑鳶被票選為基隆的「市鳥」，去年7月市府進行旭川河的節流工程，導致黑鳶食物來源消失，數量驟減。民眾竟自行在海洋廣場餵食，藉機拍攝黑鳶，嚴重破獲生態，也造成海洋汙染。李佳陵說，該計畫每天2時段餵食豬肺，藉由該觀察計畫，重建黑鳶覓食生態。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
