簽專任約房仲幾乎沒帶看該怎麼辦

我們也遇過類似的仲介,是台灣..的
講話也很嗆,委託他賣房好像是求他似的
我們的做法是
大家好來好去講話客客氣氣的就繼續委賣
直到專任約結束
(仲介公司好不容易簽了專任約,這口肥肉不可能輕易放棄的)

態度不佳,鑰匙我們堅持拿回來
他們要帶看的話,請跟屋主連絡,屋主親自來開門
(當初我們也沒啥時間,可是委託仲介賣也沒有多認真)

期間可先上數字網站自售,全部集中一個時間看屋(仲介那邊的客戶也是一樣)
若有人有興趣,要先跟買方講清楚,你還有兩個月的專任約
可以的話請對方等一下~

如果管理中心成立了,也可以跟保全或警衛留個資料
若有人有買房興趣麻煩把你的資料給他們,事成了你會有紅包酬謝...

ps.我很少給專任約,除非是親自合作過的
去年給了一個專任約,房子三天就賣出去
一般賣房子還是簽一般約比較保險
