MS2.0的避震器更換問題?

FORD MS2.0 近來行駛中車身搖晃較大，遇到突出路面，都有*噹噹*的聲音，以手壓車身四週角落，
感覺很容易壓下，又很快彈回，請問這是不是避震器，避震筒失效了(四隻避震器皆無漏油情形)
原廠修或外面修理廠既可修理?(台中海線)
