陳子強傅天穎和解　兒子共同監護

陳子強、傅天穎前年婚變，前年8月離婚官司開打，去年5月雙方各退一步，傅天穎撤回300萬贍養費跟100萬精神損害賠償請求，陳子強也不提295萬夫妻剩餘財產分配，2人當庭和解簽下離婚協議，雙方只剩兒子的監護權官司，陳子強今開心宣布，他跟傅天穎已和解，兒子由2人共同監護。2人的官司從前年8月至今年5月，歷時1年9個月，以和解坐收。

原本陳子強就要求共同監護，由傅天穎擔任主要照顧者，但因傅天穎主張單獨監護，陳子強不得不跟她打監護權官司，最後雙方為兒子著想，決定和解，2人擁有共同監護，陳子強為不影響兒子作息，由女方擔任主要照顧者，他可在每個月第2、4周的星期六、日探視兒子，並依兒子求學階段不同，每個月負起2萬元至3萬元不等的教養費用。（陳幼英/台北報導）
