菲律賓控非法捕海龜 11陸漁民恐遭起訴

菲律賓日前在南海海域扣押了一艘中國漁船，逮捕船上11名漁民，而菲方指控，在他們船上發現70多隻瀕危物種的海龜，將對這11名漁民進行調查。《文匯網》指出，這11漁民恐怕會遭到起訴。

據《南華早報》報導，菲警海事小組指出，他們在進行偵查活動時，發現有船隻在轉移瀕危海龜，海警立刻靠近其中一艘當地船和外國船。菲方表示，中國漁民將接受非法入境委員會的調查，以確定他們是否有犯罪，包括非法入境和捕撈瀕危物種等。而菲國也強調，在逮捕漁民的過程中「沒有開槍，沒有預謀，不是挑釁」。

另一方面，中國外交部昨日要求菲律賓政府釋放漁民和漁船，並警告菲方不要再採取任何挑釁行動，以避免進一步傷害雙邊關係。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
