搶母親節商機　台鐵推150元的養生便當

因應母親節，台鐵宣布，11日母親節當天將推出「香椿紅麴舞蔬果」養生便當，以香椿拌飯，紅麴拌雞丁為主軸，搭配10種以上蔬果，整份熱量僅560大卡，每份售價150元，將搶攻母親節市場。
 
台鐵表示，「香椿紅麴舞蔬果」養生便當以水果、蔬菜、白肉之結合入菜，強調健康烹調方式，少油、少塩及不使用加工食品，並搭配紫、白山藥、玉米筍、蓮藕彩椒西芹，均先川燙冰鎮後，以自調和風醬搭配製成，並採用青木瓜、香椿、山藥、百合、紅麴等養生食材，香椿紅麴舞蔬果便當今起和明天先行試賣，母親節5月11日上午11時起正式開賣，銷售點為台北站台鐵便當本舖1號店、2號店，每日限量100份，售完為止。(李姿慧／台北報導)
