櫃姐通姦「要大大硬硬的…要全部留給我」，遭男子岳母當櫃甩耳光、丟水杯，怒譙「什麼人不幹，當什麼小三！」結果不料因岳母未告知身分，通姦櫃姐竟對男子妻子提告，直到對簿公堂才知告錯人，誤認岳母是老婆。

全案經法院審理後，涉嫌通姦的蘇姓百貨公司專櫃小姐被判有期徒刑4個月，得易科罰金12萬罰金；而闖櫃怒甩耳光潑水的男子岳母，則被依公然侮辱罪，判處拘役15天，得易科1萬5千元罰金。
