高雄市永安區誠毅紙器工業區開發案爭議多時，高市議長許崑源今天偕議員現勘並說已送監察院和檢調單位；高市府說過程依法。

永安區是有名的石斑魚養殖區，面積約有千公頃，居民不滿市府同意誠毅紙器公司在養殖區旁興建25公頃的紙廠，擔心污染水源衝擊魚塭，民眾持續反對，要市府給個交代。

許崑源與市議員陸淑美等人現勘誠毅紙廠與當地魚塭地，居民群情激憤批評市府毫無作為，不把永安人看在眼裡，要市府不要再逼迫養殖戶，否則永安人也要「路過」市府，表達不滿。

養殖業者說，議會監督市府要求紙廠暫時停工期間，紙廠繼續整地，無視停工命令，如今養殖魚塭水量大減，水質變差，養殖業者已經受害。

許崑源向居民表示，議會已將誠毅紙器工業區開發案送監察院及檢調單位調查。

高雄市經濟發展局長曾文生受訪表示，誠毅紙廠開發案依法辦理，高雄市長陳菊也指示送檢調調查過程是否有違失處，經發局靜候調查結果。(中央社)
