江宜樺：核四停工 不是停建

行政院長江宜樺日前宣示核四「停工」，今天江揆在立法院院會備詢時，民進黨立委薛凌詢問，停工與停建有何不同？江宜樺明確表示，停工並不是停建。

江宜樺說，很多人主張核四停建，停建是指不要再把核四當一個將來可利用的發電廠，要廢棄掉，或改做其他發電廠、博物館，總之不要變成核電廠。

江宜樺表示，因為社會對核電有不同意見，所以完工後先封存，等公投後再決定是否啟用，這兩者是完全不一樣的概念。

江宜樺指出，停工後再復工，國內工程不是沒有前例，有時遇到問題會停下來，等停工因素排除後，再繼續進行。
