NCC宣布 將釋出34張廣播執照

國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)今(2)天表示，將釋出34張廣播執照，預計以實質審查加競價的方式釋出FM全區網1家、FM中功率電台9家，另外，以實質審查加抽籤方式釋出FM小功率電台22家及AM小功率電台2家，釋照區域涵蓋全台各縣市，希望引進新的廣播電臺經營模式，進而導引整體廣播產業的升級。

NCC表示，這次釋照規劃也將採階段滾動方式，鼓勵既有的小功率電台業者整併後，再申請中功率電台，或者由中、小功率電台業者整併後，申請全區性廣播電台；並於取得新廣播執照後繳回原有廣播執照，繳回的頻率將規劃於第2階段釋出，增加民眾更多近用機會。

另外，針對花東及離島地區，NCC也設計了西部地區調幅及小功率電台可以以升級的方式，赴花東、離島地區申設中功率電台，讓偏遠地區民眾也能享有更高品質、更多元的廣播服務。
