台北市中正一分局昨晚遭上千民眾包圍，要分局長方仰寧下台，網友赤那繪圖讓你秒懂這次事件的始末。

網友赤那在噗浪放上自己繪製的圖片，解釋公投盟原已在立法院周邊長達1988天，但因該聯盟在太陽花學運時，入侵立院門口廣場，遭中正一分局廢止在立院周邊之集會許可，同時對於日後所申請之集會不予許可，但赤那表示沒有任何法條允許主管機關對「未來的」集會申請「不予許可」，這明顯違反憲法第14條「人民會有集會及結社之自由」，才導致4月11日民眾「路過」分局抗議。（胡治言／綜合報導）
