標題[請問] 排骨要怎麼汆燙?

打算用電鍋作藥燉排骨,有幾個問題想請問一下。 排骨要怎麼汆燙?要冷水入肉還是滾水入肉? 要燙多久? 燙到肉變色,還是燙到渣滓浮上來? 燙完之後必須再洗一下嗎? 藥材包要放上面還是下面? 我的藥材包是大賣場買那種現成的,排骨也是大賣場買的,這兩樣還要再洗一次嗎? 之前看了一本電鍋料理食譜,裡面的做法沒講到肉要先汆燙,燙完還要洗一下, 上網看了很多食譜後,才知道要這麼做= = -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.251.164.206 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1397313067.A.563.html
